With over 20 years of experience in Landscape Design, a MS in Physical Geography and a MLA in Landscape Architecture, she brings a deep understanding of the social and ecological function of the exterior environment to each of her projects. Sandra’s research on the impact of climate change in the Canadian Arctic set the foundation for a practice that employs design as a catalyst for resilience, stewardship, and beauty. She encourages project teams to approach space-making with both design and scientific principles in mind, and to find opportunities to educate the public about the relationships between our natural and built environments.
